GIVEAWAY RULES 2025

Short Form Rules

1. Must be following the channel at the time of the Giveaway Entry.  

2. Must be a follower on Kick at the time of entering and shipment of prize. Unfollowing on Kick  before payout Forfeits your winnings.

3. A physical prize, can be cashed out for a SelfRez, SupherBS or Gamersupps Credit equal to the prize to a maximum of $150. 

4. Must Pickup Prize or Provide a Full Mailing Address and Postal Zip Code (You Pay Shipping and your FULL Kick Name will be used if a Legal Name is not Provided)

5. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of the Sponsor, are and shall be final.

6. All Payouts and Prizes will be shipped within 60 days after winners are announced or event has concluded.  This is to align with Partnered Brands, Streamloots and Kick Payout Periods.

7. Inflating your odds of winning by extra accounts, bots, gibberish text or other nefarious means will have you banned from the current and future draws as well as my community.

8. You agree that you are legally able to enter the giveaway based on these rules and your local Jurisdiction laws. These rules cannot supersede your local laws, in the event they do, you cannot enter any giveaways though this community.

9. Cashing out a non-physical prize will net you to 50% retail value of the item in Steam Wallet Cash or 100% of the items value if redeemed to a SelfRez, SupherBS or Gamersupps Credit to a maximum of $50. You can only cash out a non-physical prize to your Steam Wallet.  If you are not a PC Gamer then you are out of luck.  I do not play on a console nor support them.

10. Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping overseas.  Canada and USA can only win physical prizes. Prizes to USA, will be purchased from a US Retailer if it does not exceed the Canadian Market Value otherwise will default to Rule 3.

11. Steam cards and Fortnite Skins are paid out on request.

12. All Gamersupps, SupherBS and Self Rez Coffee Prize packages are paid out on proof of order. Winner will need to send Order Number as verification. If you do not want the prize, then rule 10 applies.

13. Cash Prizes are no longer offered.  All banked cashed has been moved to Steam Payouts.

14. It is on the viewer to ensure their Streamloots name matches their Kick Name.  This can be done by adding your Kick Account to your profile and setting it as your default platform.  Failure to ensure this is done, can see your gifted packs send to the wrong account.  Compensation will not be handed out for viewer errors.
